Apple blossom honey comes from the apple orchards in Southern Ontario.
This honey has a light golden colour and exceptionally pleasant and fresh aroma.

Apple honey is very rich in vitamins, antioxidants and nutrients. It's a great natural immune system booster and has well proven anti-aging properties.

This natural honey helps to treat anaemia; it is also used in various medicinal ointments for curing eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis.
Contains 31,67% glucose and 42% fructose.

The taste has bold fruity notes with modest sweetness and a light "applee" aftertaste.
